Amanda Yaffa is a Principal at Nexus Search Partners, where she specializes in executive search across a range of industries, with a focus on identifying high-impact leaders who drive organizational growth and long-term success.

Prior to joining Nexus, Amanda was a Senior Associate at DHR Global in the Sustainable Infrastructure & Energy Practice. There, she led the execution of retained executive searches for clients navigating complex talent needs within a rapidly evolving, high-growth sector. Her experience includes recruiting across infrastructure investment platforms, spanning investment, asset management, and C-suite leadership roles for portfolio companies.

Earlier in her career, Amanda spent nearly four years at Jobplex, a DHR Global company, where she advanced from Associate to Senior Associate. During that time, she developed deep expertise in candidate sourcing, relationship management, and full-cycle search execution, supporting clients across a wide range of industries and functions, including nonprofit, industrial, and financial services.

Amanda began her career at Signature Consultants (now DISYS), where she led full-cycle, high-volume recruiting efforts for Fortune 100 clients, supporting fast-paced hiring needs across technical roles.

Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from Elon University’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
