If you engage in any of Nexus’ evaluative services such as culture evaluations, assessments, coaching programs, and/or any of Nexus advisory services, we may also opt to collect information about your work responsibilities, behavioral traits, development preferences, and any responses provided during assessments or surveys. Submitting demographic information such as age, gender, or ethnicity in this context is optional and will not influence your assessment outcomes.
2. Nexus Employment Opportunities
When you apply for a role listed by Nexus Search Partners or join Nexus as an employee, we collect certain personal details required to process your application or support your employment. This may include sensitive identifiers such as your Social Security Number or equivalent national identification number, depending on your location and local legal requirements.
3. Surveys and Feedback
If we reach out to you to solicit feedback (and/or you reach out to provide it to us) we may collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to include so that we can respond appropriately.
