Before joining Nexus, Melissa served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and People & Culture Operations Coordinator at Korn Ferry, where she managed full-cycle recruitment processes, onboarding programs, and executive coordination across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
