Red Hill Ventures Appoints Marie Cattrell as Chief Financial Officer
Nexus Search Partners is proud to announce the appointment of Marie Cattrell as Chief Financial Officer of Red Hill Ventures, a privately held real estate investment, development, and management firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC.
With nearly 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience across commercial and multifamily real estate, Cattrell brings deep expertise in multi-entity portfolio management, investor reporting, transaction execution, and systems optimization. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Finance at Altus Equity Group, where she oversaw accounting and asset management, led ERP and property management platform implementation, and managed complex multi-entity reporting and compliance.
Earlier in her career, Cattrell held finance and accounting leadership roles at Homes Urban and NAI Earle Furman, where she partnered closely with developers, property managers, and lenders on acquisitions, dispositions, and ground-up development projects. Her broad experience, spanning property accounting, strategic forecasting, capital structuring, and investor relations, uniquely positions her to lead Red Hill Ventures through its continued growth.
At Red Hill Ventures, Cattrell oversees all aspects of finance, tax, treasury, and compliance while driving debt and equity origination to support portfolio expansion. She also plays a key role in preparing the firm for additional outside capital in the coming years, ensuring scalable systems and institutional-quality reporting are in place.
