A seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience leading digital transformation, data strategy, and enterprise technology initiatives, she has consistently translated innovation into measurable results.
Most recently, Alisha served as Vice President of Innovation and Technology at Attindas, a $1B global distributor in the personal care sector. There, she led cross-functional teams through complex M&A integrations, ERP consolidations, and the development of advanced analytics platforms. Her leadership enabled significant cost savings, improved customer engagement, and accelerated the organization’s digital capabilities worldwide.
Throughout her career, which includes leadership roles at Domtar, MicroStrategy, and Fruit of the Loom, Alisha has demonstrated her ability to align data, systems, and strategy in ways that drive growth and performance. She is widely recognized for building high-performing teams, cultivating cultures of curiosity and collaboration, and delivering technology solutions rooted in business impact.
In her new role as CTO, Alisha joins Team Air’s executive leadership team to guide enterprise technology strategy, accelerate innovation, and lead digital modernization efforts. She will oversee the integration of core systems across ERP, CRM, logistics, and service platforms, enhancing operational efficiency and elevating the customer experience through secure, scalable digital solutions.
